Borrowing

Students, faculty, and staff are responsible for renewing or returning borrowed library materials on or before the due date in order to maintain active borrowing privileges.

Failure to return or renew materials by the due date may result in overdue fines and temporary suspension of borrowing privileges until all outstanding obligations are cleared.

Certain materials, including reserve items and special collections, may have separate loan conditions determined by the library.

Renewals

Library materials are automatically renewed up to two times, provided that:

Borrowers may view due dates, renewal status, and account information through the “My Account” feature in the LAU Library Catalog using their university credentials.
